Privacy Policy

At Peptide Planner & Tracker, our privacy model is simple: we do not want your data, we do not collect your data, and we have no servers to store your data.

Where your data lives

This application is built as a "local-first" Progressive Web App (PWA) and Trusted Web Activity (TWA). When you log a dose, add a peptide, or record a body metric, that information is saved exclusively to your device's local storage (specifically, your browser's IndexedDB).

Your data never leaves your device. It is not synced to a cloud database, it is not backed up to our servers, and we have absolutely no way to view, access, or recover it.

No analytics, no ads

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixels, Mixpanel, Hotjar, or any other tracking software. We do not track which screens you visit, how often you open the app, or what you type into it. The app contains no advertisements and shares no data with third-party advertising networks.

Export, import, and PDFs

Because we do not sync your data to a server, you are solely responsible for backing up your data. The app provides built-in tools to export your entire database as a JSON file, which you can save to a secure location of your choosing. You can use this file to restore your data if you get a new device or accidentally clear your browser storage. You can also generate PDF reports of your logs, which are generated entirely on your device.

Clearing your data

You can delete all your data at any time by using the "Erase All Data" function within the app's settings, by clearing your browser's site data for our domain, or by uninstalling the app from your device. Because we have no copies of your data, deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Not medical advice

The data you enter into this app is for your personal tracking purposes only. The app does not analyze your data to provide medical advice, dosage recommendations, or protocol adjustments. We are not a healthcare provider, and the app is not a medical device.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change our core privacy philosophy (e.g., introducing optional cloud sync), we will update this policy and notify you within the app before any data leaves your device. However, our commitment to zero mandatory tracking will not change.

What we tell the Play Store

Because the app is distributed via the Google Play Store, Google requires us to fill out a Data Safety form. We declare that our app collects zero data. Google Play itself may collect aggregate, anonymous crash logs or install metrics as part of its standard operating system functions, which are governed by Google's privacy policy, not ours.
